To cancel your BeenVerified subscription, you can follow any of the following methods:
- Contact Form: Log in to your account and use the company’s contact form to request cancellation, including the 9-digit member ID. The company will notify you by email when your account is closed.
- Email: Send an email to support@beenverified.com with the full name, address, and member ID. You will receive a confirmation email when your account is closed.
- Account Settings: You can also cancel the subscription through the account settings.
- Customer Service: Contact customer service at 1-888-579-5910 and provide your 9-digit member ID to cancel your subscription.
Please note that BeenVerified does not offer refunds after cancellation. If you want to delete your BeenVerified account, you can visit their search page and enter a few details to get started. On the search results page, find the record you’d like to request for deletion, and click the button to the right that says “Proceed to opt Out.” On the next page, enter your email address to generate the opt-out request. You’ll now receive an email with a verification link.
