To cancel your Cox Internet service, you can choose one of the following methods:
- Online: You can cancel your Cox Internet service by visiting the Cox Communications website and logging in to your account. Once you are logged in, go to your profile page and click on the “Cancel your subscription” button. Fill out the cancellation form with your name, phone number, etc., then click “Submit.” Your cancellation request can take up to 2 weeks to process.
- Via Phone: You can call Cox customer service at 866-218-5739 and request cancellation of your internet service. Be sure to have your account number and personal identification number (PIN) on hand when you call. Cancellation requests received when customer service is closed will be handled on the next regular business day.
- In Person: You can visit a Cox retail location, bring the equipment, explain the reason for cancellation, and set a cancellation date.
