To cancel your EOS Fitness membership, you can follow these steps:
- Check your membership agreement: Review your membership agreement to understand the cancellation policy and any specific requirements for cancelling your membership.
- Contact customer service: Contact your home gym directly for more information or contact them online. You can also request the cancellation via email, written correspondence is to be sent directly to your home club, all cancellation requests carry a 30 day notice fee, processed from the date the club receives the original request containing the below information.
- Fill out the cancellation form: Fill out the cancellation form provided by your gym. You may need to provide personal information to cancel.
- Follow up with customer service: Follow up with customer service to ensure that your cancellation request has been processed.
