How to Cancel HelloFresh Subscription

To cancel your HelloFresh subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account on the HelloFresh website.
2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
3. Select ‘Account Settings’.
4. Scroll down to the ‘Plan settings’ section and click on ‘Cancel Plan’ under the ‘Status’ section.
5. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.

Please note that you must cancel by 11:59 pm PST 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery so that HelloFresh can alert their suppliers. If you cancel after this cut-off date, you will be responsible for all charges incurred for already processed orders.
