To cancel your HelloFresh subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account on the HelloFresh website.
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- Select ‘Account Settings’.
- Scroll down to the ‘Plan settings’ section and click on ‘Cancel Plan’ under the ‘Status’ section.
- Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
Please note that you must cancel by 11:59 pm PST 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery so that HelloFresh can alert their suppliers. If you cancel after this cut-off date, you will be responsible for all charges incurred for already processed orders.
