To cancel an order on Etsy, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your Etsy account.
- Go to your Shop Manager.
- Click Orders & Shipping.
- Visit the Cancel an Order page to cancel an order.
- If you’re using a desktop, find the three-dot icon on the order you want to cancel. Choose Cancel.
Please note that only a seller can cancel an Etsy order; if you’re a buyer who would like to request a cancellation, please contact the seller directly through Messages. Each seller on Etsy manages their own orders and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.
If the seller is unable to help you, your next step is to let Etsy know so they can resolve the issue. The option to open a case becomes available after the order’s estimated delivery date. If you don’t see the option to open a case, it may be too early.
