You can cancel your Peloton membership in two ways: online or by phone.
- Log into your Peloton account.
- Go to your profile and click on the subscription link.
- Select the cancel subscription button or tap on cancel membership.
By Phone: You can call their member support at 1-866-679-9129.
If you subscribed on an Apple iOS device, you can also cancel through your phone or tablet’s settings. Here are the steps:
- Go to your iPhone Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in)
- Scroll and tap on Subscriptions
- Select Peloton
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm Cancellation.
Please note that if your Membership is terminated, Peloton has the right to immediately delete all data, files, and other information stored in or for your account without further notice to you. You must pay all charges up to and including the date of termination.
