If you want to cancel your Sam’s Club Membership, you have a couple of options:

  1. In-Person: For immediate cancellation and refund, please visit the Membership Desk at any club. You’ll need to bring your membership card and ID.
  2. By Phone: You can also call 1 (888) 746-7726 to cancel your Membership and receive your refund via Sam’s eGift Card.

Please note that after your membership is canceled, Sam’s Club may retain some of your information if it is needed to comply with their legal obligations, comply with their record retention policies, or as otherwise permitted by law. Also, Sam’s Club Gift Cards/eGift Cards are valid at Sam’s Club, SamsClub.com, Walmart, and Walmart.com.
