To cancel your Stitch Fix subscription, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Stitch Fix account.
- Select “Manage automatic Fixes”, then choose “I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes“.
- Check the box next to “Stop receiving Fixes automatically” and click “Submit“.
Please note that you can also cancel the next Fix by checking the box next to “Yes, please cancel my [month/day] Fix”. If another delivery is being created, you may not be able to cancel the order. If you see ‘Your Fix is in Progress,’ you can open a Stitch Fix ticket to try to cancel that order.
If you want to completely cancel your Stitch Fix account, you can email a request to Stitch Fix (via their support system) to have all of your data removed.
Remember, the above process pauses your account and switches it from automatic to manual delivery but does not entirely cancel the account. You may want to use it later for a manual order.
