To cancel your Xfinity internet service, you can follow these steps:
- Call 1-800-XFINITY (800-934-6489) and say “cancel service”.
- Chat with Xfinity online.
- Go to your local Xfinity store.
- Fill out a cancellation form online or mail it to Comcast Cable.
Please note that if you have a bundle and choose to cancel some of your services but will keep at least one service, you won’t have to pay a termination fee. If you don’t want to transfer your Xfinity service or use a temporary pause, you can also cancel your service altogether. If you mail or email your cancellation request, Xfinity will give you a call within two business days to confirm the request.
