To cancel your Zoom subscription, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click on My Account located at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Account Management from the navigation bar on the left, and click on Billing.
- Under the Current Plans tab, select Cancel Subscription on the plan you wish to cancel. This will stop your subscription from renewing automatically.
If you have purchased a Zoom subscription through a direct sales quote, you can email your dedicated Account Executive or email@example.com. All changes requested will take place at the end of the subscription term that is indicated on the quote.
