The episode starts with Vedant checking on Koel, who looks unwell. He offers to get her some water. Swara arrives, sees that Koel needs help, and offers to take her to a room. Rudra agrees, and Swara helps Koel to the room. Koel tries to challenge Swara, but Swara remains calm and says she’s learning from Koel. Swara also mentions that Prabha has given her sindoor and she’ll soon have all her rights. Koel threatens to deal with Swara, but Swara leaves peacefully.
Amma asks Vedant to help Swara make diyas for the Teej festival, hoping it will bring them closer. Vedant agrees reluctantly and works with Swara, who explains how to make the diyas. Koel plans to cause trouble. After they finish making the diyas, Amma asks Swara to explain the Teej fast, which is meant to strengthen marital bonds. Vedant receives a call and says he has to leave, even though it’s Teej. Koel supports Vedant’s departure, hinting at trouble.
Swara, concerned about Vedant, tries to stop him but is surprised when he leaves for work. Koel pretends to sympathize and warns Swara that her car brakes might fail, which is actually a threat. Swara drives off quickly, calling Vedant but getting no answer. Koel and Dhwani celebrate, thinking Swara is in danger. Indu arrives and Koel hides the food they were about to eat. Vedant buys flowers from a young girl, promising to buy them daily if she goes to school. He sees Swara driving erratically and realizes her brakes are indeed failing. He tries to call her but she can’t stop the car. Vedant follows her in his own car, worried for her safety.
